Vendor Registration Unavailable

Our online vendor registration application is temporarily unavailable. In the meantime, you may register by:

  1. Completing both the Vendor Information Sheet and Form W9
  2. Emailing the completed documents to vendor@lcra.org or faxing them to Vendor at 512-473-4094. Please include copies of your certification documents if you are registering as a diverse vendor. 
In order to complete the vendor information sheet, you will need to know the NIGP code(s) that apply to your business. Please go to the State of Texas NIGP Commodity Book to search for the applicable codes. These commodity codes are used by LCRA procurement personnel to search for potential suppliers of particular goods and services.
