This RFP is for Right of Way Maintenance and Clearing. Please pay particular attention to Section H (Maps) and I Attachments when it comes to submitting your pricing with spreadsheet attachments in Section L. The attachments in Section I are the required specifications for how each task is to be performed. Pricing should be based on that criteria. Be sure to populate each worksheet in both Excel files, and do not change any descriptions, etc. The only columns that should be populated by you are the price, and the zones that you are capable of servicing. The selection criteria is based on the following: Ability To Perform; Quality; Service; Cost; and Innovation.
